We are currently hiring a full-time Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing Chinese branch located in Beijing. Our new Sales & Marketing Assistant is motivated, outgoing and has an interest in vitamins, minerals, and nutrition in general.
Job description
Our new Sales & Marketing Assistant will manage customer service as well provide product information to new and existing customers and clients. Furthermore, the Sales & Marketing Assistant will be responsible for reaching out to new customers and clients by visiting relevant health care clinics, pharmacies, and health food shops as well as arranging and attending relevant fairs and expos. The role as Sales & Marketing Assistant is varied and fast-paced and offers the opportunity to work hands-on by coordinating various efforts throughout the company.
The new Sales & Marketing Assistant will also take part in:
- Preparing market analysis and identifying the new customer and market prospects
- Assisting with various promotional activities
- Creating new marketing materials aimed at the Chinese market
- Reporting back to the headquarters regarding sales activities
Qualifications
Our new Sales & Marketing Assistant must have a desire for personal achievement, have a positive and problem-solving attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, service-oriented, and communication skills are required, as the candidate will spend most of the time in touch with a wide portfolio of customers and clients.
Additionally, we expect that the candidate has good organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and is comfortable working independently. Experience with sales and marketing is an advantage as is a good knowledge of vitamins, minerals, and nutrition. Strong English and Mandarin communication skills are essential.
